More efficient and faster order picking
The PickTerm Flexible order picking system has proven a success in different lines of business such as pharmaceutical industry, mail-order business, or in the provision of parts for production.
The operator is directed to the picking zone where the corresponding item has to be picked by means of LE-displays. Thanks to the visual guidance to each item, receipts as well as the search for the correct compartment and identification of the goods are no longer required.

A long-lived system – robust and reliable
In order to comply with our customers‘ high demands on technology and quality we only use high-grade material in our system: Our aluminium carrier profiles ensure durability, the control elements a long service life. Our OK buttons are specified for at least 10 mio. picks and thus guarantee a lasting usability.
Easy mounting and highest flexibility in arranging the shelf displays
By means of our snap-in system, the display elements can be inserted at the desired position into the carrier profile mounted onto the shelf without having to use a tool. A multipoint plug supplies them with energy and data.
If necessary, you can thus place the displays in a different position during operation, without losing an active picking position.

In addition to our standard shelf displays, customised variations are always possible. Depending on the type of item, you can combine from simple shelf displays with eye-catching lamp and direction arrows to large-sized displays from the many different shelf displays and thus save costs.

You can increase flexibilty thanks to our shelf displays with eye-catching lamp in seven colours that can be seen from a distance. The different colours can be used to signal different instructions or operating modes. It is also possible to process several orders in one zone – each operator is assigned a specific colour.
- Acoustic signal transmitter
For an improved “picking feeling” and faster picks: For example, this signal transmitter emits an acoustic signal to indicate that the OK button has been pressed.
- Orientation arrows
For the reliable location of the correct level: The arrows show the operator whether he has to pick from the shelf compartment above or below the shelf display. Depending on the requirements, one shelf display can be used for two levels.
- Automatic self-test
In normal operation, this function continuously checks the correct functioning of all individual lamps and reports malfunctions to the host system.
- Unlimited application options
Additional possibilities by integrating bar-code readers, RF terminals or Pick by Voice technology.
- Dialog-oriented special procedures
Operating procedures such as trouble-shooting, picker log-on or the demanding material supply can be carried out by means of zone controllers.
- Quantity correction and stocktaking function
Und further special function such as for demand of zero quantity control or batch change.
