PickTerm Tray ensures the safe identification of target and source compartments with different dimensions and variable compartment positions. The size and partitioning of the trays can thus be adapted to the corresponding task and resources are exploited in an optimal way. Changes in the range of products can be allowed for quickly and with little effort.

Possible applications:
PickTerm Tray lift systems with trays, horizontal circulating shelves, Pick to Tote posts and assembly workplaces with light-guidance.

 

Fast
The PickTerm Tray system consists of a stationary LED source of light, which is deflected in X and Y direction by means of a mirror. The mirror can be positioned precisely and rapidly over an extensive area.

Safe
Quantity display, confirmation as well as optional operator guidance are taken over by a PickTerm Flexible compartment display, which is controlled by the standard software Winkomm Base.
A PickTerm Tray picking workplace can be easily integrated into an existing KBS Pick by Light system.

Flexible
Dimensions and compartment positions are registered in Teach mode. Each compartment position can be selected individually, without given grid spacing. It is even possible to use different tray sizes within one PickTerm Tray system.
