Our PTF-SUB3 controller with integrated power supply has always stood for maximum reliability, precision, and performance. The new PROFINET integration makes seamless data exchange between controllers (PLCs) from different manufacturers easier, more flexible, and future-proof:
- High flexibility: PTF-SUB 3 can be seamlessly integrated into existing automation networks – manufacturer-independent and scalable.
- Real-time communication: Control commands, synchronization, and status messages are transmitted precisely in real time.
- Real-time diagnostics and maintenance: PTF-SUB3 with PROFINET enables continuous device and system diagnostics – for maximum availability and fast response times in the event of a malfunction.
- Future-proof: PTF-SUB3 with Profi-Net provides a flexible basis for future expansions.
With the addition of PROFIBUS or PROFINET, PTF-SUB3 offers an optimal combination of proven technology and modern network technology.
The PTF-SUB3 controller is specially designed for use in frequently changing layouts of picking zones, such as in supermarkets or manufacturing logistics. It supplies power to the compartment displays (shelf display) of a pick to light system and establishes reliable communication between the compartment displays and the host and/or system accessories.
